What is the closest unit to my home in which I can enrol?

35 Canadian Brigade Group has 11 Reserve units in various locations throughout Eastern Quebec, including Sherbrooke, Matane and Saguenay. It is possible that your area may be restricted to certain occupations depending on the nature of the units located there. To find the unit closest to your home, you can consult the map (see link below). To find the history of the unit you are looking for, check the 35 CBG Units menu on the left.

Can I choose the occupation I want in the CF?

You can choose the Reservist occupation that you want provided that it is available at the unit you wish to join and that you pass the DND tests. For further details, you can contact the CF Recruiting Centre (CFRC) or obtain information directly from the unit concerning positions available. You will find the CFRC contact information in the Contact Us section of the menu bar at the top and the units’ contact information in the 35 CBG Units section of the menu on the left.
